I read an interview with this Russian author and I am intrigued. He was born in 1957. He is Russian but he lives in France and writes in French. Some of the books mentioned in the interview are:
Confessions of a Lapsed Standard-Bearer
And a new book that is to come out in English soon: La Musique d'une Vie.
Maybe worth considering for our reading group.
